  6. I remember when Bishop and his family will come stayed at our house in Ogden, Arkansas when he pastored at Harris Temple. He has always been a part of our family. We love him very much! He will be greatly missed. My husband, Pastor Lacy and I, and Grace and Mercy Church would like to send our deepest condolences to Madame Matheney and her lovely family.

  7. My thoughts, prayers and condolences are with the Matheney/Danzy/Nalls families. I grew up under the ministry of Bishop Roy E. and first lady Verleen Matheney in Crossett, AR. Bishop Matheney's ministerial influence set the foundation of the path God has for my life. I have never forgotten the songs, sermons or words he spoken to me and my family. He will be greatly missed, but I am thankful to know his family, the future legacy he has established. To God be the Glory!
